Character Breakfast?

How far in advance do we need to make reservations for the Character Breakfasts and where are some other great places to dine. We are staying at an epcot resort.:wave:

There are many great places to eat for breakfast, but definitely make the seating ASAP since they always fill up fast:

Contemporary-Chef Mickey's (Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chip and Dale)
Beach Club-Cape May Cafe (Minnie, Goofy, Chip and Dale)
AK-Restaurantasaurus in Dinoland (Goofy, Donald, Mickey and Pluto)
Epcot-Norway (Princess Breakfast)
MK-Crystal Palace (Pooh Characters), Cinderella's Royal Table (Princess Breakfast)
Grand Floridian-1900 Park Fare (Pooh Characters, Mary Poppins and Bert, Sometimes Mad Hatter)
Polynesian-O'Hana (Mickey, Chip, Dale and Pluto)

I know the Swan has a breakfast too with Goofy, Chip, Dale and Pluto but I can't remember which restaurant it is in...

Anyway, that's all I can pull up for now...hope this helps!
