Assuming you're talking about the railroad, I'm sure Disney will one day replace the trains when needed. The current fleet is actually rather old and refurbished by Disney, so there's no telling how long they can keep them in good shape. They run a lot but only three out of four are typically running so they all get time off and upkeep.

I do not see how, with continued commitment, Disney cannot keep the trains running. Fred Gurley, at Disneyland, is the oldest train in Disney's fleet, being built in 1894. The oldest locomotive on the Walt Disney World Railroad is the Roy O. Disney, built in 1916, with the other three being built in the mid-to-late 1920s.
