Changes to Extra Magic Hours schedule

The regular Extra Magic Hours schedule has changed for the week ending May 10, 2008.

Wed., May 7: Disney's Hollywood Studios will host Morning Extra Magic Hours: 8am - 9am.

Thurs., May 8: Magic Kingdom will host Morning Extra Magic Hours: 8am - 9am
Disney's Animal Kingdom will host Evening Extra Magic Hours: 5pm - 8pm

Fri., May 9: Epcot will host Evening Extra Magic Hours: 9pm - 12am

Sat., May 10: Disney's Animal Kingdom will host Morning Extra Magic Hours: 8am -9am.

It is likely to save $$$. I've been going to the water parks every summer for the past several years and noticed that it was rather empty so early in the morning before 9am. Opening up so early didn't seem to make operational sense. I can remember thinking how much it must cost to open this up an hour earlier everyday for so few guests.

I haven't attended the evening EMH's at the water parks, however my guess is that guest take more advantage of this one. Yet, the big change is that the EMH's at TL and BB used to be everyday during the summer months. Now it is only a couple of days.
