Changes or Cancellation Penalty after 60 day online check in ?

Anyone know if you are able to make changes to your resort reservation after doing the 60 day online check in. Do they charge a change fee or cancellation fee? Or does it go along with the standard policy of 5 days prior without penalty. This is regarding a room only reservation.

You can make changes to your reservation after online check in. I did this once just this past summer. You just do online check in again. No fees either before 5 days prior.
