Chef Masaharu Morimoto because a Chef of his caliber and know how is something I think anyone would make an ADR at least a year in advance just to try his Japanese/World cuisine fusion fare.

And the winner is: Chef Masaharu Morimoto who has partnered with the Patina Restaurant Group to make a Pan Asian styled restaurant called Morimoto Asia Restaurant in the new Disney Springs rumored to be placed in what used to be Mannequins Dance Hall on Pleasure Island!

I wonder might we see more Celebrity Chef's/Restauranteurs coming in the future?

Update:

I figured I would update this thread since in my last post I asked if we may see more Celebrity Chef's and Restauranteurs coming to the World and it turns out that yes and is quickly becoming a new trend.

Here's what we know so far:

Chef Art Smith who is famously known as Operas personal chef is set to open his southern concept restaurant The Homecoming Florida Kitchen and Southern Shine rumored to be built somewhere in Disney Springs Town Center and completed in Summer 2016

Chef Rick Bayless six-time James Beard Foundation winner also known for competing on Iron Chef and Top Chef Masters is in talks to open his restaurant Frontera Fresco sometime in the Summer of 2016. There is no set location as of yet but discussions have mentioned replacing another restaurant on the West Sideor a possible location in Town Center.

Pastry Chef Candace Cane who probably single handedly made the cupcake the trendy desert it has become today will be opening in her newest Sprinkles Cupcakes location on the edge of Disney Springs Landing and Town Center Summer 2016 which will also contain her famous Cupcake ATM concept where guests will be able to purchase her sweet treats 24hr a day 7 days a week.

Would like to see Chef Isaac Toups from NOLA take over Boatwright's at POR. He's not a huge name but made it deep into Top Chef California. Have eaten at Toups' Meatery and his food is legit.

Or Chef John Besh! The restaurant I dined at in New Orleans was amazing!
