celebration look alikes

wanting very badly to live in celebration has been dream of mine ever since in 1994 the disney company started the project.well they are in the last phase of artisan park which means that unless i buy a resale home i wont have much of a chance of living there in a village size home that i want.i did speak to someone and they told me of some other neo-traditional home communites that look exactly like celebration with the same type of homes too.

these are all celebration look alikes and i was wondering if anyone lives in these communities and what u have to say about them?

Baldwin Park is MORE expensive than Celebration and it's location, IMHO, is bad (right in Downtown Olrando) surrounded by bad areas.

Harmony is off the beaten path a bit. I haven't been there, but heard it was nice.

Summerport & Independence are being built right now around the Disney area and supposed to be nice.

AValon Park has the same type of Celebration type feel, with stores & town center. Not as nicely done as Celebration, but more stores that locals need, it doesn't cater to tourists.

Celebration is the most copied master planned community right now, so you'll see plenty of places that try to mimic the feel all over the place.

thanks for the input.im taking a day trip and looking at all the communities
