I didnt vote because I have a house in Davenport. I just come down a few times a year.
But having a house 10 miles from Disney is cool. With that said, I would not like to live in that area (surrounding Disney). Driving those roads are a nightmare, between the locals and tourists. I can't see living as close as celebration could be a positive. Celebration is absolutely beautiful, but too close to the busy part of 192 for my liking.
