It’s the best integration of film, animatronics, and special effects WDI ever accomplished. It’s easily the funniest attraction they’ve ever done. Even the queue is so full of gags that it’s impossible to catch everything. I’ll miss it dearly. DHS will never be the same.

This begs the question what happened to the second wave of AA's from the DCA version?
Are they all still intact behind their curtains?

I recall last seeing them in 2011 and they had more fluent movement compared to the DHS versions..But once they removed the theming the balconies got a small cover up around it and the Bell and Howl projector props removed with the hole where the chef was being covered up..

I asked Becky Cline of the Disney Archives about this last summer and she said as far as she knows they’re still back there. Although she also said it’s very possible they were used for parts to fix up the WDW counterparts.

Thank you for asking that question. I have pondered that for many years; I imagined Statler and Waldorf hanging there motionless...and I guess they are.
