CBR to WL?

Never stayed at CBR... what is the closest park? If you are near the MK I would take the boat to the WL as its a nice ride in the evening.
Whenever we are travelling to a park or another resort for a meal we usually give ourselves at least an hour. That way we allow for wait times and a little look see around the place until its time. Of course, there was the time we left an hour early and arrived 15 minutes late, but the traffic was backed up due to an accident.

Take a bus to any park or to downtown disney and then a bus to WL.

I think the quickest route would be bus to MK then boat or bus to WL providing your dinning times are during park hours. The route the busses take to DTD takes you all the way around the backside of DTD which adds about 10+/- minuets to the trip so use that option only if your dinner is after park hours.

I agree with taking the bus to MK and then the boat to WL. If it's not too late when you are leaving WL, you could take the boat to Contemporary or MK then the monorail to Epcot then the bus to CBR. If it's during parades, Wishes or Illuminations the monorails will not be very crowded and you may get the chance to ride up front. Just a little fun with Disney transportation.

Ditto to Tigsmom. I'd give yourself 45 minutes to an hour to get from your resort to WL.
Probably your best bet is to grab either an Epcot or MK bus. Both these parks seem to have to most frequent bus runs from my totally un-scientific sampling. Epcot is a good midway spot without much doubling back to get to WL from CBR. Also walking from one bus stop to another is probably shortest at Epcot. MK is closer to WL but it's a little bit of a hike from the bus stop to the boat launch.
Downtown Disney is a good fall back option but will definatly be the longest trip since its on the other side of the "world" from WL. Plus it's got all those stop lights that hold up the buses.
