Thanks, FanofDisney! I like your style too...

But I can't take credit for my financial style, it's really my wife who made me this way. She does things the "Dave Ramsey" way and one day she came up to me, showed me my finances then showed me how much extra money I would have if we just worked out a plan that eliminated all consumer depbt and involved a bit of frugalness in certain things. The quality of my life is so much better for it, and I get to do Disney trips MUCH more often because of it :)

I know disney loves getting any extra money I have. and they get plenty of it! as my dad always said, make memories with trips, instead of buying things that mean nothing.

I know I'll probly get a few neg. comments from this but, I did it on time in the late 80's. I had a ticket and was there with my family. There was alot of un used turnstiles and i went to one, and thats when I had the idea that if I just walked over I could come back one more time.Thats what made me do it, It was the idea of one more day at the magic kingdom. I thought I would drive back down on a trip of my own later that year, I was sixteen. Needless to say more than a year later I still had not made that trip, the ticket was in my wallet and that was in my car at work, when it was broke into. They took everything of value including my wallet and park ticket. Everything that goes around comes around. That is what I learned from that.

Everyone makes mistakes... but at least you learned from yours! That's more than you can say for a lot of people out there. :)

I totally agree with being angry about the comment on doing these parks a favor by pointing out their security flaws. That's an incredibly juvenile attitude.. no matter how old this guy is.

He's doing something wrong... but it's the park's fault... and he's doing them a favor?

That way of thinking is what makes so many people shirk responsibility for their own actions. It's always someone else's fault or problem. Ridiculous.

I do agree that there are security concerns that need to be addressed at theme parks, airports, etc. This was kinda scary to read about how easy it can really be!
