Castle Walls In Expansion

One time I was there, they had all of Fantasyland closed for the fireworks. It reopened after, but you could not get past Pooh. I do not know where the cutoff was on the other side.

I remember standing outside Philharmagic a few times to watch Wishes!, so I assumed the moved the line back. Considering once I was there with my brother-in-law, and he got hit in the head with a spent shell. So it made since to me that they moved the line further back.

To me, it would seem you would not have access to Philharmagic, The Carousel, and Snow White... just during the show... then it could reopen for traffic... Seems like it would be easy and safer. I guess time will tell.

I've heard that the pyro techs sometimes call for different/more than the usual places to be closed off because of high winds.

Under *normal* conditions, the ropes extend from the carousel to about the middle of the Snow White queue, and the same to Philharmagic on the other side. The two shops close to the castle close, and Snow White and Philharmagic go into alternate queue layouts to allow entrance and exit. The carousel operates as usual (perhaps with an exit or two blocked off, I've never paid attention to the crowd flow on it)

I agree with DisneyParksFan, the transition between Tommorowland and Fantasyland in MK is one of the worst thematic transistions in all of the parks. Being that the goal of the FL expansion is to improve the coherent theme of FL it would be great if they adressed this part of the park (and I sure wouldn't complaing if they took at that darn speedway!) :animwink:
