Tink looks great! Not long and the castle will be done!

Does anyone know what Disney plans to do after the 50th Celebration with the Cinderella Castle overlay? Will it stay or will it be removed? If it is removed, are they going to destory or sell it off? (Like on Disney Auctions?) I would SO love to get one of the characters!

^^All press releases indicate the overlay will only be up through the end of the HCOE (sometime around October/November 2006). I wouldn't mind if they did a more permanent version of the golden accents around the turrets, but its all supposed to come off. When it does, I hope they do auction off some of those character pieces, at least over destroying them. I know if I could afford one of those characters, I would bid

I think I saw you guys in fantasyland. I had an over the shoulder backpack on which had some character sigs on it. Dont know if you remember that but its a shot :lol:

I heard all the characters were made of solid steel and they were VERY heavy.
