Castle Refurb - Part of Fantasyland Expansion?

Hmm, All this castle rufurb, does it have anything to do with the new fantasyland expansion coming? I know the lights are coming down... But The moat draining and the castle refurb itself. Any Connection?:shrug:

Nope. Just plain refurbishment. According to some people working there it's in somewhat bad shape and just needs it.
