Castle Lights Only on Party Nights?

We're going to be at WDW the first two weeks of November, and the only days the official WDW site has Frozen Holiday Wish showing are the MVMCP dates. There are shows before the park closes, but it would be much easier to see the lights on non-party nights. Do they only light the castle for party nights? Do they light the castle with no show on non-party nights?

I'm sure they light the castle lights every night. It sounds like the Holiday Wish might be moving to a MVMCP special event though. That would unfortunate if it does. But not unlike Disney lately.

It would be an interesting move. Though, it would make perfect sense to drive MVMCP ticket sales.

The calendar was updated sometime during the day today. This morning, it didn't show Wishes at all on 11/4; now, it has Wishes and Frozen Holiday Wish and (I think) a bunch of other entertainment stuff that wasn't there this morning. I'm in the process of updating my spreadsheet with the new hours and entertainment and whatnot, but it looks like the castle lighting starts Wednesday 11/4 and runs every night.

Also, it seems like MSEP runs at 7 and 9 on some of the nights @wdwmagic has it listed for 9 and 11 when the park closes earlier than that. Normally, I would trust WDWMagic over the horrible official site, but 7 and 9 makes more sense.

Now the calendar shows Frozen Holiday Wish only at 8 and only on MVMCP nights. Previously, it had the show either every night at 6:15 or only on party nights with one show before the party and one show during the party. Boo. It will probably change again by the time I wake up in the morning.

There's definitely some bugs with the calendar, but I feel relatively confident saying that the lighting show will happen every day at 6:15 starting on 11/4. It seems to change every time I hit refresh or pick a different day, but when Frozen Holiday Wish disappears from the calendar, there's also a ton of other entertainment that disappears (welcome show, trolley show, Dapper Dans, etc.) as well.

I'm tired (of this).

As you can see from my avatar, I absolutely love the castle holiday lights. Is there even a small possibility they won't be lit every night? That would take away a HUGE part of the holiday magic!! I know I can't worry about it but it would be so sad. Especially since my main picture in my living room is a giant picture of the castle lit up in the Icicle lights!
