I've been very hard on the Magic Kingdom recently (and rightfully so), but this little presentation represents everything that is right about the park. Using the wonderful new character technology with a wonderful holiday show that displays the great new decorations.

I'll have to agree on that one. This show is what Disney entertainment is known for. It's filled with character, technology, and a wow factor. There's no excess fluff... just an extra special event that will happen every night before Wishes.

I've just uploaded a bunch of high resolution pictures of the castle tonight. I have pics from different angles and spots, as well as a couple with fireworks going off above.

FYI these two files are NOT the whole show. Unfortunately mediafire only does 100 mb. So when I upload hi def movies, it limits me to short lengths. I might try a longer 300 mb version - "extended cut" using sendspace.

I don't always get access to this sort of camera so -- I will maybe milk this one.

More specifically, they turn on during the finale. They "melt" when Wishes begins and remain turned off for the majority of the show to allow for the regular Wishes castle lighting to be seen.

Thats what i thought lol. My bf and i were sitting at the train station and we heard the show, and all of suden the lights came on. :cool: We were very surprised, needless to say =p

I was wondering though if the new castle lights are only white?? or do they change color as well?? In some of your photos it almost looks like they have changed colors, not just the background colors on the castle. Or is this just an optical illusion because the lights are white and the different colors projected onto the castle just make these new lights look different as well.

A) For the most part the Dreamlights are off during the fireworks.

B) No color change, just phasing in and out.
