Castle Dream Lights

I am going to disney world this December and love seeing the castle light up! I think it's called the castle dream lights. Does anyone have an idea of what time they do this? I wanted to arrange my dinners so I could be in the park to see this. Someone please help! Thank you very much!!

They turn on right around dusk (judging from the times on my photos from last Dec. it was around 6:15.) They do a little show where the fairy godmother turns them on. It's a cute show, but the lights are breathtaking =)

Yep, they come on around dusk! They are truly amazing! I get chills everytime I see the castle with all those twinkle lights on it!

While photos of the lights look nice, they are really, really beautiful in person. I think they're a perfect addition to the castle and really make the holidays special.

Yup, either 6pm or 6:15pm.

thanks for your help! i have dinner at cinderella's royal table at 6:40 so i'll get to see the little show and the castle light up!!

Does anyone know if they do the lighting and ceremony every night, regardless of MVMCP? We will be down in early December but won't be able to catch MK on a day they have MVMCP.
