Castaway Club online?

Anybody else having trouble accessing the Castaway Club info on the DCL site? When I enter my Castaway Club ID#, it says it's not a valid ID. But it's clearly printed on my room key card.

Also, does anybody actually get the "Compass" newsletter for Castaway Club members? I've never gotten one.

The DCL site has a mind of it's own! So rest assured you aren't the only one! Try changing your browser or just closing down and trying again. The site is always being updated, having errors, etc. I've never bOthered michnwih my castaway membership but I know once you login you can see the newsletter information.

I can log in, I have never received a newsletter or email update.

That sounded like a really good idea, but it didn't work. I normally use Chrome, so I tried to log in with Internet Explorer. Still no luck.
