Park em on a nearby lounger. There's no lockers or anything. If you have valuables, camera, etc. you may consider investing in a locking secure bag like a Kyss bag. Those lock shut then have a cable lock to tether to a lounge chair. They aren't terribly expensive. Could be useful for general travel use.

Is there a place to put your belongings while you are snorkeling? etc.??

One thing to remember is that you really dont need much.

Food is free, alcohol and gifts get charged back to your room, and towels are provided.

As sweetpea said, about the only thing valuable that I can imagine somone bringing is a camera. Unless flip flops and a t-shirt are valuable.

Ask when you get there, but something tells me that you're probably safe regardless. Thieves ply their ugly trade anywhere, but Disney cruises are probably safer than just about anywhere. The people are probably a bit more law-abiding than just about anywhere outside of a convent, and they're well-heeled financially to be able to be there in the first place, thus less likely to steal for a living or hobby.

Here's what I would do if there are no "secure" areas:

1. Take a towel.
2. Get it dirty with sand and sunblock and other gunk.
3. Wrap your valuables in the towel.
4. Leave the bundle on a nearby lounge chair.
5. On top, put some "intimate" clothing or other items such as sanitary pads in a clear plastic bag.

Trust me, nobody will want to touch your stuff. Especially men, who are the more theft prone of the species.

Just leave your stuff on the beach. You all paid massive amounts of money to go on that cruise so I'm sure no one is really looking to jack any of your personal belongings from you as they have their own worries. Every time we've done it no one has touched our stuff...

Actually, people were very honest at CC. I had lost my wedding ring, which is quite elaborate for a dude with diamonds on it and what not), and someone actually was going around looking for the person who the ring belonged to. You'll have more of a problem with the lady who insists on pouring your drinks at the lunch place as she treats you like a child by Serenity Bay than you will with someone stealing your items.
