Thought it would be a good idea to share experiences with cast members going above and beyond, found this instance here which Was awesome:

In general, the staff at Gran Destino is superb. Back in 2019, the woman who cleaned our room was amazing. She left great towel arrangements on the bed, which were neat, but then she took the time to make this for us!

After a late dinner at Cali. Grill, my mom and I were standing outside about ready to call an a rideshare back to YC when a bus for Epcot pulls up. We decided we could just take the bus and walk back through IG to the resort. We were the only ones on the bus and when the driver heard our plans, he took us on a detour over to YC and dropped us off so we wouldn’t have to walk back. It was so nice of him to do, to go out of his way when he totally didn’t have to. Will never forget him, or his name.

I was taking the bus to Disney Springs from the boardwalk, driver asked me if I was transferring and I said no, I was walking back to the hilton and she said she could detour through Saratoga and drop me at the closest stop - was much appreciated! This was last November.

This is an awesome thread idea! Serves to highlight one of the many ways that WDW is such a great place to be!

From 2015 to 2020 my wife and I spent 3 months each winter at the Fort. Jan to March. Met many great cast members but a few stood out. Mike in security was outstanding, Karen and Able cleaned sites and always had time to visit. So many great memories friends were made. Things are changing there of late, we watched them tear down the horse barn, destroy the walking path to the lodge and so on. Hope to get back someday !!!!!
