How many cast members/Disney employees past or present are on this site? It seems like every other post is from somebody who worked or works at the parks. I bet y'all have some very interesting stories to tell.

I worked there in 2001 during my college program. I was a trainer at Spaceship Earth and loved it! I am now applying for a management internship.

Luckily I am in a great department, it has it's ups and downs, but I choose to remain happy and excited about my job. I have been with the company (not always WDW) since May '02.

I was a CP in Merchandise at DAK now i am seasonal in the same loacation. I will be returning for full time sometime in the future. Maybe another go at the college program.

Loved being a CM when I was one (at The Disney Store) but still trying to move to Orlando to work at the World. Especially after this news:

Work at The Disney Store for three years, first as a CM, then a Manager, then a Trainer. Not sure I would want to go back. I worked there during the "heyday" in the early 90's.

It's usualy 18 or over for any part company.

however, if you're in high school in a participating Central Florida School, at least 15, and a parent is employed in a leadership role at WDW, you can work there at 15 doing Food and Beverage or Custodial. They bus you to and from work, using your high school as the pickup/dropoff point
