I am a hotdog fanatic. I've eaten so many different styles of hotdogs that I couldn't name them all. I for one only have ketchup on them(I can hear the debate starting now that you need mustard). When I first starting going to WDW and up until a couple years ago, my trip to the MK without a stop to Casey's was not heard of. The last time I ate there they have changed things up, and in my opinion, not for the good. They now offer Chicago Style. That means they have way more bun that hotdog. What was wrong with the old style? Also, they used to have all beef hotdogs there, and I don't believe they are anymore.
My suggestion, have the new one, but please, bring back just a regular old hotdog and a bun that is not so much larger that the dog.
Thoughts?

I cant agree with you on this one bud. I was a fan of the old all beef casey's as well. However, their new offerings are massive. For some reason, I always end up getting a a free order of fries along with my fries that come with my order. And the dogs and bun are huge. And you can not miss the toppings car - the hot cheese, onions, omg. And there prices are not too bad considering burgers on property are running $10 for a piece of bacon or an onion ring on top. Casey's is one thing that changed for the better.

In contrast, the Mexican quick service at Mexico WS. I used to go there specifically for the nachos around 830pm for my Illuminations snack. The new resturant that does the nachos now - they are terrible and small. The old place you would get a heaping amount of nachos, meat and toppings. Now its like a sample size for more money.

We were there last year, and to be honest, it was WONDERFUL, but we didn't get the chicago style dog, got a plain, husband added toppings, son (who also swears just catsup OR just chili) got a chili dog, and I got the bbq slaw dog. Now being from Jersey, I have had my share of Italian Hot Dogs and Stadium dogs. We love it the way it is :)

I haven't noticed that much of a change meat-wise at Casey's....and the bun only seems larger if you don't get any toppings on it, because it IS larger. You don't have to eat the whole bun. Now, you want a really really terrible hotdog, try Casey's at Disneyland Paris -- virtually identical physically, the hotdogs there taste like, well, not hotdogs...
