My pitch would be remove the carpets and make that a green space and either put the carpets in the back of the Morocco pavilion or retime it to moana and put in near pirates

A hard no to the carpets in the Morocco Pavilion Aladdin does not place in Morocco and it won't exactly lessen the perception that Aladdin plays on a lot of generic middle-eastern stereotypes in what is supposed to be a Showcase of the region and it's people.

I have an odd take on this. I have never ridden the riverboat and have only been to TSI once. I was good with that and have had no desire to do either since, yet I still hated to see them go for nostalgia reasons. In fact, I kind of wanted to go and see them one last time after I heard they were closing for some reason. That said, I do look forward to Piston Peak. As a side note, we always ride carpets, and the rest of my family does the carousel and teacups every trip. Astro is a bit of a mixed bag for us, not a priority.
