Carriage rides at Port Orleans - Questions

I am trying to find some more information on the carriage rides at Port Orleans.

Are they only at River Side or do they have them at the French Quarter too?

Is there a place that will post the times they are available?

Has anyone done it there before?

No, only POR and not POFQ (though they do have other locations). I haven't done it, but I've seen the horses and carriages. The grounds are certainly large enough. Maybe this information on Disney's site will help.

You’ll board your carriage for a 25-minute ride at the Riverside Levee Marina at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside. Carriages fit up to 4 adults (or 2 adults and 3 small children).
Each horse-drawn carriage ride costs $55. Please note that rides through September 30, 2017 cost $45.
How to Book
Reservations are recommended and can be made up to 180 days in advance by calling (407) WDW-PLAY or (407) 939-7529. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent of guardian permission to call.

You do have to CALL to make these reservations.

My wife and I have done this and enjoyed it.

We stayed at POFQ last year in March. We booked a carriage on our down day. It was a pleasant ride around POR.

As others have mentioned, they only originate at POR. You do have a choice of the path the carriage takes: either around Riverside or over to FQ and back.
