So! I'm planning on making my trip Dec 24th- january 1st to celebrate Christmas and New Years. I was thinking about staying in the Caribbean Beach Resort, would this be a good choice?

Also, any advice at all anyone has about staying during the holidays would be welcome :xmas:

Plan your itinerary now and get those ADRs booked as soon as you hit your 90 day mark. Be prepared for crowds (and chaos on NYE) and get to your chosen park early. Plan on only doing a few rides each day - too busy for much else except walking and shopping

I agree with the Captain. Its a very busy time of the year, even if its magical. Just do some planning and get things as soon as possible....Also, I would plan on arriving to the parks ASAP and try to narrow the choices that you want down, so your not scrambling to figure out what rides you want.

Thanks guys! Now dinner reservations can be made how far in advance? And is there any particular place you think would be best for new year's eve dinner?

90 days out. There are some exceptions a few can be made 120 days out I think Cinderellas Royal Table and Victoria and Albert both need them. If I am not mistaken, the 120 days ones are for special packages and all. But you may want to check. Most places are 90 days out.

As for suggestions, who is in the party that will be having dinner? Kids. Wife/Husband etc

That's probably the busiest week at WDW.
As far as Christmas decorations, etc., it doesn't really matter where you stay. The parks are where the action is.

Good luck

Virtually everywhere is offering ADRs 90 days in advance.

NYE - choose your park, get there at park opening (or within 90 minutes) and be prepared to stay there all day. Do not attempt to Park Hop on NYE - you run a significant risk of not being re-admitted. Therefore, dinner reservations within your chosen park

i love it then

i love the chaos and magic then .... as it has been written it IS the busiest time of year and some parks may close admittance early do to the crowds so yes get there early especially planning on finding a GR8 place to watch the fire works from and plan to park it there for 2 hours or more to see them.

regarding the CBR it is my favorite resort of them all... flat out my favorite place to stay... ask for either jamaica or aruba
