Does anyone know of a website that offers discounts for Caribbean Beach Resort. My girlfriend and myself are going June 18th through the 24th and looking to stay at CBR, but was wondering if I can get it any cheaper than 144.00...anyone know?

THANKS for your help in advance!

Well unfortunately you missed the latest group of codes. The rooms already had to be booked. I would advise you to keep looking around and see if you find anything.

The annual Passholder Rates are still available I believe. I'm booked at CBR for $74 a night June 4-9th.

That's 70 dollars savings per night from the rack rate of $144. If you're going to be there for 6 nights, it's a potential savings of $420. Actually it's $470.40 savings if you factor in taxes.

The annual pass is $392.99 tax included for one adult. (you only need one for the discount)

A 6 day Park Hopper plus costs $295.02 tax included for one adult.

The difference between purchase of the Annual Pass and the 6 day park hopper plus is $97.97.

That adds up to a savings of $372.43 total on your room if you purchase the annual pass for one of you and book at the AP rate.

I'd say it's the way to go.

Do what he said.
This close to your departure date that is probably the best you can do.

...and it is a pretty good deal. Much better than what you've got.

Once you have the AP, you just might feel the need to go again, "only to get your money's worth out of it."

I Agree with what RPMdfw said. I bought my AP for the first time last year and never regretted it. I went a LOT more than I usually would and between the # of days I was in the parks (23) and the AP rates for the rooms I saved literally over $1000 easily. Remember that if you are an AP holder you can book up to three rooms for family & friends all at the same rate as the original room. The only catch is that they have to be staying in the same resort as you and you have to be there to check them in so they can see your AP. You DONT however have to check them out. If you want to know anything else..please ask. Belle

Hooray! :sohappy:

There are actually quite a few of us staying at CBR. A few of us have even all requested to be in the Jamaica section so we're relatively close.

Just 29 days, 10 hours, and 13 minutes left to go!

p.s. why haven't you been chatting with us lately It's been pretty busy every night!

RPMdfw,

Well I don't know what to say, but THANK YOU. I read your reply last night with my girlfriend and we immeditely called 407-W-DISNEY and they did confirm exactly what you said (not that I was doubting you). I asked to see if they had CBR available, but they didnt....it looks like we'll be staying at All Star Sports, but I was looking to go somewhere else......any other ideas what to do?

Again to everyone looking to go to Disney.....listed to what RPMdfw said and DO IT - it will save you MONEY!!!

You're welcome Joshua!

By the way, you can do the same thing staying t the All-Stars. The current passholder rate there is $59 a night plus tax.

Also, passholders get various discounts on meals at some restaurants and my favorite: 10% off at World of Disney.

Overall, between my trip with the family and my gaydays trip in June, my AP is going to save me over $750 and that doesn't even count what I'll save if I can go again before next March.

Just FYI

Did you ask if any other Moderates were available for your time frame?? It would seem to be only common sense, but sometimes the people in Reservations are new, or dont think of it. Call back and try that. I have stayed at all 4 of the Moderates and like all of them!!!!! Also specifically request if a water view room is available at that time frame. They may have only looked up for Standard view. The difference is going to be about $10.00 more a night for water view but if you are getting the resort you want......I would go for it and have in the past. Please let us know how you made out!!! We Care!!!! Belle

Belle is right, but when I called for my June dates the Moderates were running low on rooms due to the closure at Port Orleans French Quarter and the number of guests that had been relocated from there. Your best bet on the moderate front is probablyl Coronado Springs.
