Care Care Center and Mears bus questions

Hi everyone, hopefully someone can help, I'm trying to plan a Disney trip around a College softball tournament in Fort Myers.

We would like to fly into MCO, take the Mears bus to the Swan - is that possible? If not what's the best way to get there without renting a car?
Then after our park days get a rental car from the car care center - do they pick up at the swan? Can we return the car at the Fort Myers airport?
If the car care center doesn't pick up at the swan could we schedule pick up at either the Boardwalk or the Yacht Club?

No need to deal with the shuttle to the CCC. The Alamo/National rental desk has reopened at the Dolphin, so you can just walk over.

Didn't realize the rental desk at the Dolphin was reopened, I booked with Enterprise at the Car Care Center - they had a better price than Alamo/National.
