Captains grille breakfast?

Captain's Grille is both buffet and order-off-the-menu. Omelets are not on the buffet and there is no cook at the buffet. That said, we like the many offerings on the buffet (my favorite mini chocolate chip muffins anywhere...and Mickey waffles!) and it is one of the cheapest breakfast buffets on property since there are no characters or custom orders. It is on our list of "regular" favorite breakfast places.

My husband and I really, really enjoyed the breakfast at Captain's Grille. It was a great low-key place to start a non-park day.
Omelets are not on the buffet, but if I recall correctly from our visit in February, our waitress said when we ordered the buffet that we could have omelets made for us in the kitchen. Unsure if that would include lobster, though.

We eat breakfast at Captain's Grille often, most recently a few weeks ago. We enjoy it very much. Lunch and dinner are also very good. Just to solidify what has been said already- you can order off of the menu (which includes the delicious lobster omelet) OR you can have the buffet. The buffet includes, at your request, eggs made to order in the kitchen and delivered to your table. This can include an omelet made with basic ingredients of your choice. Lobster isn't included.

Definitely do it. My family and I were there last month. Some of us ate off the menu, while others had the buffet. Every one of us loved it. I really think you will enjoy it.

Before posting another thread... Does anybody know if we can drive to breakfast in the morning and leave our car parked at Yacht club, go to epcot for the day and than go back to pick it up after epcot? @Tuvalu @HurricaneHanna @JusticeDisney
