Captain EO showtimes?

My family and I are planning to go to Epcot very soon and I am unsure of the showtimes schedule for Captain EO. Disney does not post the times schedules online, so I was wondering if anyone has been recently and knows when the first showing of the day begins. We plan on heading to The Land first to grab some Soarin' Fastpasses (as usual), and afterwards we will head up to Imagination for Captain EO.
