The skull & Cross bones design has been around OONG before PotC became so big. That ad in no way refers to the movie, ride or anything related to PotC.

Guess I am just a sucker for a skull & crossbones.

But yeah alot of things have gone Pirates cause of POTC, but good for them, if people like it and will buy it, why not?
