Can't logon

Hi - I subscribed over a week ago as a WDWMAGICPass user. I have access to the forums, but not to WDWMagic. When I try to login, I am returned to the login page.

My password is set correctly in my personal settings.

Help!

Hi, Steve-

No error message at all after attempting to login - it just loads the login page again with:

"Information: Please enter a username and password"

Caps lock is off, by the way.

I've tried both IE6 and the latest version of Firefox with the same results.

Any ideas?

That sounds like something on your PC causing the issue. Your account is fine, I have just checked it over and can login with your details. Have you had a pass before? Do you have another PC there that you can try? Are you also able to delete all of your cookies?
