For the first time we are going to spend part of our stay at an off-site hotel. The latest hotel we are considering is the Bonnet Creek Resort. We would love any feed-back on this resort, especially on the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and grounds. Also has anyone booked through a company called vacation strategy? They are offering a great rate but I have never heard of them. If anyone has used them I would appreciate any info. Thanks.

It has been some time since I've been there. The grounds were very nice when we were there. From photos, it appears that the grounds are still nice. About 4-5 years ago, the biggest complaint was lack of transportation. I do not know if they have improved.
Don't know about the co. you listed. BC has timeshares. You may want to make sure that you are not in for a 90 minute hard sell.

I am curious...did you book with Vacation Strategy? I can't find much information about them.

I won a trip through Wyndam and got to stay at Bonnet Creek for 6 nights. We were very pleased with the rooms and the grounds. The only thing I hated and I really do mean HATED was the transportation. I guess Disney transportation spoiled me. Buses at Bonnet Creek only ran about every hour. They were always late. We seemed to always be picked up out in a parking lot somewhere. The crowds on the bus were terrible. They were not stroller friendly at all. I'm glad we had our own vehicle there because the buses were a nightmare!!!

We stayed at Bonnet Creek a few years ago. It was the most freezing cold December ever in Florida so we didn't experience the pools, but they looked real nice. Units were huge and very clean. What I didn't like was the hard-sell timeshare push which I was not interested in. We traded into there with our "already owned" timeshare, why would I need another one? In order to get the parking pass for our car we had to go to another desk where they tried to sell us on signing up for a presentation. When I finally convinced them my answer was "no" they gave me my parking pass and sent me on my way. Didn't stop them from making calls to our room several times a day (I finally uplugged the phone). They also would no let us check-in one minute earlier than 4:00, so when we came back at 4:00 there was a huge line for check-in. I can't speak to the transportation as we used our car the whole time. Other that the timeshare sell, we really enjoyed our stay.
