Can't decide

I am have never posted before, but look at a lot of the posts almost everyday. My problem is this, my boyfriend and I are looking to do a tour when we go to Disney this December with my family. We are thinking of doing an Animal Kingdom tour because while he has been to Disney before he has never been to Animal Kingdom. I am interested in doing the Wild Africa Trek but the price is the major concern. He wants to do the backstage safari, but I have already done this tour on a previous trip. I don't know if I should just do the backstage safari or do the wild africa trek. We have thought about doing other tours in the different parks, but would prefer Animal kingdom tours. Any thoughts or ideas?

While I haven't done any of the Animal Kingdom tours, I'm with you on this one. I think the Wild Africa Trek sounds amazing & really interactive. I was going to say to do whichever was shorter, so that you could still experience the park, but both are 3 hours long. Since you've already done the one tour, try again to convince him to do the other one with you. If the cost is something bearable, I'd do the Trek. :wave:

If you do opt for another park tour, I can vouch for the Keys to the Kingdom tour at the MK and the Segway tour at Epcot both being absolutely awesome!

I like the idea of the Wild Africa Trek but it's very expensive. If you want to do something kind of active in the parks, why not a Segway tour in Epcot? it seems pretty reasonable and looks like a lot of fun.

Wild Africa Trek was great, but you are right that it is a bit pricey. How about the Wild by Design tour too. I thought that was a very interesting look into the design of the park, as opposed to focusing just on the animals.

Behind the Seeds tour in the Land in Epcot is nice too. It's about one hour long and $18. If you have AAA, you can get a slight discount.

Thanks for all of your help. I think I have decided on doing the Wild Africa Trek even though it is more money I think it will be more fun for us.
