Candlelight processional packages

Does anybody know when the dining packages will be announced for Candlelight processional this year? Usually by now I feel like we'd at least be able to reserve dining, even if the narrators haven't been announced. Getting nervous as my 60+stay window is approaching soon.

Mid October. I swear it’s always when I’m down there for my fall trip. I remember frantically tying on my phone awaiting rope drop at AK one time.

That's rough. I have that issue with runDisney registrations when I'm on vacation sometimes.

I'm seeing in some prior years, including last year, that everything was announced by September. 2021 seemed to be late but there were still mask requirements and restaurant closures.

I'm wondering if this year's delay is related to the SAG-AFTRA strike, since they'd probably like the actors to be able to announce/promote their appearances.

Last year the announcement came out on Disney Parks blog on 9/26 and booking went live on 10/6. I saw in a different forum that someone pointed out that the page for '23 dining packages has gone live -- just can't book anything yet. Hopefully we're getting close! It's one of my favorite holiday traditions.

It seems like the calendar auto loads 60 days but there is no inventory showing yet. When I looked on Sunday it only had messaging about 2022. At least there is movement!

I mean there is no 60+x for most of the dining packages based on the 10/17 reservation date. Everything up to 12/16 will drop at the same time and we will fight it out.

The other interesting battle will be the rope drop run to Regal Eagle each morning when WS hasn't opened yet.

I was able to get something for the day I was looking for but not at the restaurant I wanted. For some reason it wouldn't work in the app on my phone and by the time I focused solely on PC I had to take what would work. We're arriving on a NPH day so those went fast.

Did you score any reservations?

got the day we wanted but wasn't much left to pick from, it doesn't help that half the restaurants that use to be part of the package no longer are, so the few they are left left goes like that. The whole thing has been drastically downgraded for triple the price.
