Candlelight Processional package question

I'm trying to decide if I want to do the Candlelight Processional dinner package. I've been looking at the menus at AllEarsNet and it says that the Garden Grill is a character dinner. Does that mean if I do the Garden Grill option on the CP package I get a character meal along with the CP?
