Candlelight Processional Dinner Packages and infants

Ok, I know regular dining reservations require that you include an infant as part of your reservation number regardless of whether he/she would be eating. It's a head count.

However, how does one handle this for a Candlelight Processional Dining Package?
I certainly would not want/expect to pay $60+ for my 18 month old if she is not eating. But the restaurant needs an accurate head count. Would a call to the dining reservation hotline suffice? Has anyone experienced this scenario?

I haven't done the Processional with an infant but I think you will find it works like any other dining reservation. You need to include her in the head count, but remember you're not paying for the Processional in advance. You're paying for it when you've had your meal either with the DDP or OOP and she of course would eat for free because she's under 3 just like at any other table service.

i have booked online dining reservations that are prepaid many times. you do include the infant, when the financial page pops up you will see that there is no charge included for him/her.

Actually, with the package, I believe you do pay in advance.

Oh, ok. Have to wait until they release the info and open the reservations.

Just like any other reservation where you pre-pay you will see the section that says 0-2 and you will put 1 there. That will give them the accurate head count but will insure you are not charged. Also for some younger ones there is a 3-10 section that you put them in and usually it isn't the full adult price.
