Candlelight Processional 2014 Dining Package Release Date

Anyone have an idea of when the 2014 Candlelight Processional dining packages will be released? I seem to recall that it was late June / early July last year, so I figure this year would be similar. Any opinions?

I believe I saw on another discussion board that they were released on July 9 last year. For whatever that's worth in terms of this year.
