Candlelight Performers Dropping???

It affects the return circulation back to your heart and causes fainting/passing out. It's pretty common in the service too until guys can get used to D&C and other time eating events that require the position of attention for long periods of time.
Thanks I learned something today. I never knew that existed.

My high school chorus did Candlelight each year. It's because of locking knees, they warn you not to do it several times before the show. They have CMs in the chorus in case someone needs to be pulled out. Sometimes we just faked it to get out of performing but still get a free ticket to the parks haha

There's also a dehydration element in place. The kids don't get a lot of time to drink water before the performance, while they are waiting to go on.

Yeah, the first time I saw it was in a battalion formation up at Fort Drum. It was hilarious but with the Battalion CSM and Battalion XO there we had to hold in the laughter.
Saw it many times myself during time in the service. Generally younger troops fresh to the military (TRADOC) or at their first lengthy Change of Command ceremony. You have to be on your toes or it becomes a domino effect where they hit the unsuspecting troop in the rank in front of them, etc..
