Canceling an existing park reservation

We had a trip planned for early March and made our park reservations. We canceled our resort reservations, but when I tried to cancel the park reservations, the “cancel” option did not appear. They still show on My Plans on the MDE app, however the resort reservation is no longer there. My question is should I call and see if they someone can cancel them, or just let it ride? I know park reservations can be difficult to get at times.

When I go to My Plans for my trip in May, then it does give me the option to cancel. Maybe I should have canceled my park reservations before I canceled my resort reservations.

You’re on the website, (not the app) correct?

Go to My Plans. Your park passes should be displayed.

Click View Details on the first pass listed.

Scroll down the page and you should see your park passes listed by date.

Your confirmation number for each pass is on the far right. Below that number (in blue) is the Cancel Reservation link.

Yep, I went on the website. Trust me, it doesn’t give me the option to cancel. I’ve had that happen before. I don’t think I’ll call today. I don’t want to be on hold on a beautiful day.
