How about AP holders?? :)
As an Annual Passholder, the only times that there have been special offers for passholders (that I know of) were two 4-day cruises on the Wonder; one each in 2003 and 2004. There were special fares for passholders and 2 special passholder pins were released for each cruise. (I have all 4 pins, but none to trade. Sorry :) )

I've been hoping for a repeat, but I think the cruises are so popular that they don't really need an incentive for the passholders.

Probably true.

It's easy for them to visit Disney Parks and cruises in the US.

I believe they are one of the top countries that visit WDW AND Disneyland AND DCL.

That makes sense, Joe!

The economy is pretty good in Canada.

Even thiugh I work in the travel industry here in Canada, and would love to support the local economy I travel almost exclusively outside of Canada, as it is expensive to travel here. Also the exchange rate is great these days, it is at par so our Canadian dollar even goes further, so it makes sense to me that DCL wants to entice Canadians to spend their money on Disney.
