They were concerned travel would be more expensive after Tuesday so they migrated early, probably got a group rate

So we are heading into month 5 for the replacement window?...yes I know other things are going on inside, but the hole in the building, still open...over 5 months.... I would think they would want to button up the exterior asap....

One timeline I heard is they wanted it done in January, obviously didn’t happen but work definitely picked up after the holidays. Still really odd that there has been no mention of this anywhere from the company that blog posts new bus wraps

Universal will complete and open EPIC universal and three hotels before Disney completes this bump out lounge on the side of the Canada Pavilion!

The large birch tree at the front of the pavilion has been removed and replaced. It was blocking the view of the whole Hotel building from the promenade (yes I should have taken the picture facing the other way but I was in a rush). Not sure if this was done on purpose or just coincidence.

One of my thoughts, though there has been lots of tree replacements around world showcase the last couple of months so it could also be that. The old birch trees will be used to make a custom art piece for the lobby of Disney(‘s) Lakeshore Lodge Retreat Resort and Spa and Horse Barn (TM)

I wouldn't mind if the trees on the lagoon shore were changed to something more bush-like or columnar, it'd help with viewing the fireworks show.

I'd prefer them investing in water hoses on the trees that during the fireworks, they can detect people speaking and drench them.
