Have a late dinner reservation at Ohana, with the hopes of being able to walk out the back of the Polynesian and see the fireworks.

Is it a good place to see them??

Yes you can, its a pretty decent spot I think. I forget if they still pipe in the music or not anymore though. Either way, I'd say its a great viewing area.

Yes, it's actually my favorite place to watch them. Anywhere on the beach, or off the dock is a great view. I like to walk to the path, and go the left toward the Grand Floridian. There's a beach that's pretty vacant, with a nice porch swing & beach chairs. You can catch the Electrical Water Pageant which comes by if you get there in time. You can't hear the music here, but it's a great view. You can hear the music closer to the dock, if they still pipe it in.

we went to Ohanas 4th of July last year, it was amazing, lights were dimmed, music piped and we had some lovely cocktails. It was a lovely fantastic night, I would highly recommend. Great atmosphere, you will love it:animwink:

I watch Wishes from the Poly at least once a month. Yes, they pipe in the music but depending on where you watch them it may be a little difficult to hear. Favorite spot? On a beach chair with a Dole Whip in hand! :slurp:

The beach at the Poly is one of the best places to catch Wishes. Try and see the Electrical Water Pageant too if you can, not spectacular but fun, and it was envisioned by Walt himself so it is special.

If you are still eating at Wishes time and are near a window you should be able to catch it from right there, if not let your server know and step outside.
