Not officially. There are always rumors about particular CMs at particular places permitting it, but I wouldn't count on it.

It depends on the QS and it depends on the CM who's working.

Ahhhh I remember doing this back in the early days of the dining plan. On the last day we would pack the cars with snacks on whatever QS we had leftover. Good times! They also used to let you pick a cereal and give you the kids milk and count it as a snack for breakfast lol... No more! Was read the riot act recently with this. Over the years they've cracked down on the dining plan.
