Can you cancel a LL for one park and switch to another?

Let's say you have park hopper and chose HS for your LL day and chose 3 rides:

9:30a Slinky
10:30a Toy Story Mania
11:30a Star Tours

Once you scan into the park, and scan in for Slinky, I know you can then book your 4th LL for any park - but can you cancel any of your other 2 for HS and switch to another park? Or does Disney make you finish your first 3 LLs in the initial park?

Once you’ve scanned into your first LL you can modify any others to anything you want, including a different park.

Different aspect to this question: we’re starting our day at AK, but the only FP shown available are for after 2pm. Could we book Epcot multi-pass (either only prebook two or drop one day of), and then when we start our day in AK, grab an our third FP there (before going to Epcot)?

Don’t think so. You will need to scan into the park you purchased AND scan into the first pass before you can do anything else.
