Can we talk about the elephant in the room?

To celebrate the experiment these 50th treats are causing, some gift shops throughout WDW will be selling limited edition Blue Pooh merch.

I think blue foods are interesting and potentially affect certain, uhm, natural processes because, aside from blueberries, there is so little food that is naturally blue.

Remember when Heinz was experimenting with different colors of ketchup? The taste was exactly the same, of course, but I really couldn't eat it just because of the color being "wrong." Amazing how much the psychology of appearance plays into enjoyment of food.

And by that, I mean the use of iridescent and blue special offerings of food and what it does to our GI system. I'm really curious if the most magical celebration snacks and treats also result in the most magical sparkly blue or green bowel movements?
This was probably imagineered, the company did market fake poop to it's guests.....

All I know is if you drink Goldschlager, enough of it and you can have gold flaked poop.

I once eat some specialty licorice that gave me green poop. That was a surprise, along with a quick google.

I'm pretty sure it's the black French vanilla ice cream cones at Swirls at Disney Springs. Just happened to my husband and freaked him OUT!! 😂

Here is a stool sample from DAK yesterday (October 6th), and as you will see the coloring is bland.
This pic was taken just over two hours after I indulged on a EARidescent firefly mocktail and ice cream sandwich treat which I enjoyed very much.
I have to say, I was a little disappointed. Way larger and browner than I thought it would be.
