Can They Still Locate Bricks?

We bought 2 of those personalized bricks years ago. One is between the bus stop and the Contemporary at MK, but we also have one we've never seen near the TTC. Where can we get a map to show us where it is (if they still even do that?)

Do you know the "serial" numbers of the TTC brick? I'm assuming you do, since they should have mailed you a nice little certificate with a facsimile of the brick's design on it.

Try to produce the six-character alphanumeric ID of the TTC brick. The first three characters (for example, one of my two bricks has an ID beginning with "H19*---") will give you the general location of your brick. It may take a few minutes (OK, anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes, I'll admit it), but once you come across a group of bricks on the ground that share the same three characters (H19), you'll know where your brick is. After the first three characters, the bricks are in all but random order within their little section. It shouldn't take more than a minute to find your specific brick once you've located your brick's "group" of fellow "H19-ers," so to say.

(though of course your brick likely won't be an H19-er, since that was only an example I provided! :D)

...

Perhaps you already knew everything that I just wrote. In that case, I'm not sure where you can get a map. Best bet would be the TTC itself, since I think the MK brick booths closed down some time ago. I may be mistaken, however.

Main Street-City Hall

Hello Gang,

I have one of those "Walk Around the World" bricks. I was in your shoes in the early beginning. I was able to find my brick by stopping by City Hall in the Magic Kingdom. They were able to track down the information for me.

Hope this information helps.
