Can someone tell me how you get on the email...

From what I have heard it is a completely random situation. We have been to Disney many , many times my Dh has been there more than 2 dozen times and they have that noted in their computer because they mention it when we call. We have signed up for countless websites and newsletters, plus we have filled out or answered dozens of surveys. We also have the Disney Visa Card and before that we had the old Disney Credit Card(which was discontinued a few years ago). We have never once received a discount code via e-mail, postcard or had a pin number attached to our name. We have been to Disney during peak, regular and value season over the years. The only months that we have never visited Disney are: June, September and December. If anyone has a new idea on how to get on one of those list just let me know!

They are very rare. As long as you are on disney's lists (you have an account on disneyworld.com) then you might possibly get one. Don't hold your breath, though.

From what I hear its totally random... I've gotten a post card and an email in the last year or so. I go a lot but the ressie isn't always in my name so I don't know what good that does. My WDW partner in crime is from NC and she says she's never gotten one and thinks its because she's within driving distance and I'm in NJ so they try to get people down from further away, but that's just her theory. The email I got last time was 40% for select dates throughout the year. We decided to take advantage and got 40% off at Poly... and we'll split the remainder in half so I'm only paying 30% of it. im sooooooo excited. love those discount codes!

Just my 2 cents.... but....

I got online about 3 years back and requested a DVD. Did nothing with that...

I just recentlly got online again and requested a new DVD- I guess - I got a code - used it - got a great deal...

btw....... never even knew it was a deal till I called---- everyone says it is......

If I would not have called though I would have spent 900.00 - 1500.00 more... CALL!!
