Can someone take a look at my ADRs and tell me if I'm making a wrong choice

This. I know that I could probably eat cheaper without it, but it's easier just to budget it in to the cost of my trip and then eat whatever I want and not have to worry about it at all.

Take the $63.00 per day cost of the DDP and put it in a Disney gift card well before the start of your trip - now that is your food budget, all paid for before the trip. Use that for food, and only for food. Then, at the end of your trip, take the extra $100 you have left on the card and use it to buy extra souvineers.

This is my suggestion. Build a simple excel spreadsheet and look at each menu and pick what you would order if you were in the restaurant right now. (It's a fun way to get into the Disney mood.) Include appetizers, drink and dessert; only if you would typically want those items. Take into account that maybe you would share a dessert and not each order one. Add Tax/Tip. You can average out the QS and snacks (or plan how you would use them). This will tell you whether or not the DP is a good value for you. Then if you really want to be crazy - you can do the same thing with what the DP forces you into. Our experience was that we would rather share an appetizer or split a dessert or main dish. I have a hard time wasting food, so we aren't skimping but we are being real with ourselves about what we really want. (Besides there are tons for yummy snacks to fill up on later.) If when you roll all of this up, it doesn't add up to the DP cost, you aren't maximizing the value. At that point, you can look to add additional restaurants or potentially drop the plan. Ultimately we found paying OOP was a better value......

What I did to give myself a little bit of a better value was got rid of tiffins. We will pay for Jiko oop (I would rather put money towards an appetizer than a desert here anyway) and I added in Raglan Road (one of our faves) and Rose and crown
