I need a list of all the WDW attractions (including Epcot) that the Sherman Brothers wrote music for. Thanks in advance!

This is a list provided on wikipedia.com for the sherman brothers article. I hope it helps.:)

-There's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow for Carousel of Progress
-Miracles from Molecules for Adventure Thru Inner Space
-One Little Spark for Journey Into Imagination
-The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (attraction)
-"it's a small world" for the 1964 New York World's Fair attraction of the same name.
-"The Astuter Computer Revue" for the 1982 premiere of the CommuniCore Exhibit at EPCOT.
-Magic Highways for Rocket Rods
-Makin' Memories for Magic Journeys
-The Tiki, Tiki, Tiki Room for Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room
-"We Meet the World with Love" and Meet the World for the same exhibit in Tokyo Disneyland

Umm, off the top of my head:

--it's a small world
--Journey into Imagination
--Astuter Computer Revue
--No Place Like World Showcase (parade)
--Journey Through Innerspace
--Carousel of Progress
--Enchanted Tiki Room

Wikipedia also supplies:

--Rocket Rods
--Magic Journeys
--The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
--Meet the World
--America on Parade

I suppose that the Fantasyland Carrousels would also count, since they use some music from Mary Poppins.

Edit: and Great Movie Ride, for that matter.

An excerpt of an interview with the Sherman Brothers from laughingplace.com:

A: We kept writing occasionally for them and then when Epcot was being created we did quite a number of songs for Epcot and even as recently as the 90’s we did revisions of old songs that we had done for Tomorrowland.

Q: When Disneyland opened their New Tomorrowland you got to write new verses for that song.

A: That was for Innoventions.

I'm fairly certain there are more. But everything I can think of is listed here. I'll keep looking into it and see if I can't dig up more though.

I don't think anyone mentioned "Now is the Time" - the song used in the Carousel of Progress when it first opened in WDW. You can still hear the instrumental version played as part of the Tomorrowland BGM.

That's right. There are so many things they wrote for Disney over the years, I'm sure with a little searching you could find many other things they have done for the parks.

Or you could just consult the back of "Walt's Time" for a complete listing of every song they have ever written. Unfortunately, my copy is not with me.

It says Rocket Rods because the song "Detroit" from The Happiest Millionaire
had been re-arranged (instrumental) for the queue. I don't know much about America on Parade, was their a theme song for that? Or did they just reuse another song.

Actually, the "Magic Highways" song from Rocket Rods did indeed have words to it - "In the world of creativity, there's no end to the possibilities..." etc. But yes, it was a rearrangement of "Detroit" from my favorite movie of all time, The Happiest Millionaire.

It's such a strange song (the Rocket Rods version, that is). "You can hear it hummin', see it comin', stretching out across through all the land. Rapid transporation to destinations, every one at your command. Magic Highways (World's Fair reference?) of tomorrow are much more than what they seem: ride your mind's designs; ride a dream..."

And, apparently America on Parade did have a theme song, called "The Glorious Fourth," though I've never heard it.

This is one of the reasons I love coming to these message boards. You always learn something new with fellow Disney fans.

The Sherman brothers are great and I have to be honest I didn't realize that they their hands in so many tracks for the parks. I knew about their touches in movies, who didn't... but the parks as well. Amazing! Thanks for the info!
