We cant seem to decide on a hotel, and my friend LOVES the look of coronado springs, but im worried about the food court, maybe because i just dont understand how it works.
It says you have a server? So you dont grab a tray and your food? Are you able to go in and just refil your mug whenever? Can you go in and get an ice cream without paying the additional 10%?

Help ! THANKS!

You walk in, the host/hostess asks if you are eating in or to go. They give you a card to give to the people at the food stations to stamp whatever you order. So if you got pasta, at the pasta station, the person working it stamps your card PASTA. Then if you eat in, someone comes over and gets you your drinks, thats all the serving they do besides giving you silverware and cleaning up after you. It's not the best set-up, but people blow it out of proportion saying how bad it is, it's really not.

At pepper market the hostess refills your mugs. If you want to go into the quick-service shop that is right before Pepper Market you can refill them yourself.

pepper market is a pretty cool place to eat, and it is one of the few places that still have resort-specific refillable mugs.

What Beckie said.
I could eat here for a week. The variety is excellent and quality is pretty good, too. My family loves the wet burrito and I enjoy the asian booth, but the beef and chicken look really good as does the deli selection. Plus the atmosphere, albeit a little busy and noisy, is pretty cool.

I love the Bourbon Chicken at the chinese place. I couldn't find a recipe on our boards so I kind of made up my own and it is almost the same. I would rather be eating it in the Pepper Market than in my house but oh well....

If you are on the DDP, it is one of the best deals for a counter service. I got a Ribeye steak, grilled veggies, and a baked potato as my meal, plus dessert.
