One can indeed! They have a kiosk computer in Art of Disney right on MSUSA that you can order away like mad on and they will appear on your doorstep a few weeks later.

We got, Pirates, Wedway and HM our last trip. I'm planning on getting SM next trip!

My HM has the mansion and lettering in blue, green and some orange. They are full sized as well, just like the ones under the train station. They were pricey even 18 years ago.
